I love planning parties, but as a busy mum of four trying to juggle planning birthdays with 101 other things to do, I could not help but think…there must be an easier way to do this!

I spent so much time trying to find ideas for venues, entertainment and decorations, then even more time contacting multiple party suppliers just to get really basic information on prices and availability. Then when I finally booked a party supplier, I had to keep track of who I had booked amidst a sea of other emails. Worst of all, when I wanted to go back to a good supplier. I often struggled to remember who I had used. Then I thought about all the party suppliers I was contacting, how difficult it must be to advertise in their local market, and how much of their admin time must be consumed by answering basic questions on pricing and availability.

This is where the concept for planyourparty.co.uk was born.

This website aims to make planning your party easy and most importantly fun by:

1. Providing useful information on multiple suppliers, enabling you to make a quick selection and contact party suppliers to book; and
2. By registering and creating a party record on the website, the site will store all your enquiries and bookings, enabling you to review anyone you have used, and prevent you having to trawl through historic emails next time you want to find the same supplier.
